The Importance of Sleep

Sleep is important. But you knew that already, didn’t you? That’s why you’ve been staying up late watching your favourite tv show, or going out drinking midweek, or playing Call of Duty into the early hours of the morning, then wondering why you’re so tired all the time at work. In staying with the mission of this site I’m going to spell it out for you loud and clear – you need to wake up to yourself (pun intended). All those things above that you feel like you can’t live without will seem like so much wasted time when you spend your first week at work actually having a good 8 hours sleep every single night.
